Pan de avena light al microondas más fácil del mundo! Sin huevo!

El más rápido y fácil pan del mundo!!! Con re pocos ingredientes! Dato curioso; el salvado de avena se trata de un alimento sano y natural cuyos principales beneficios pasan por su uso como producto adelgazante, debido a que es capaz de reducir la sensación de hambre.

Ingredientes

4 cucharadas salvado de avena
2 cucharadas leche
1 cucharada edulcorante líquido (opcional, reemplazar con leche)
1/2 cucharita polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharita esencia de vainilla (opcional)

Paso a paso

Verter la avena en un tupper

Agregar la leche, edulcorante, esencia de vainilla y polvo de hornear

Va a quedar con textura de una pasta. La esparcimos bien y la cocinamos al microondas un minuto y medio

Luego la damos vuelta y cocinamos al microondas 30 segundos más
